Jennie BRENNAN Office Manager, Licensed Real Estate Agent Jennie has been working in the Real Estate business since 2004 when she started her career as a Market Center Administrator for the Keller Williams Realty office in Redondo Beach. There, she was in charge of transaction coordination, organizing weekly office meetings, generating reports, managing staff salaries, as well as supervising and training over 100 real estate agents. She achieved her Real Estate license in 2007 and has been working with our team ever since managing our office and property management systems. Jennie also graduated in 2011 with her Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of California - Los Angeles. She now owns a private cupcake and cake decorating business named 'Sin Sweets, LLC." |

Ashley SMITH Marketing Director Ashley was born and raised in the South Bay where she is currently attending El Camino College in pursuit of obtaining her Nursing degree. She has been working with the Kathy Jenkins Preferred Brokers Team, Inc. since 2011, and has a knowledgeable background in sales and office managing. She is also currently working on obtaining her Real Estate license in the near future. Ashley's hobbies include motocross, camping, off-roading, and many other outdoor and water sports. In her free time she enjoys reading and helping others. |
